You might not know all of the tools that come with the Microsoft Enterprise License and how valuable they can be to your company's productivity. SharePoint- Primarily used as an internal intranet, or document management and storage system. Many companies use this platform as a simple data management tool and are unaware of how highly configurable it can be. Power Automate- If you have no coding experience but want to automate tasks and create workflows this is the tool to use. Power Automate helps increase productivity by automating mundane and recurring tasks with pre-built connectors in a user-friendly drag and drop interface. Example: A visitor on your website completes a form, the details of that submission is logged to a SharePoint list and an appointment is created on your sales manager’s calendar to follow up.  

Power Apps- Similar to Power Automate, Power apps allows users with no coding experience build line of business apps that integrate with your 365 environment. This gives end-users the power and advanced functionality that previously only professional developers could accomplish using custom programing.

Forms- A user-friendly online form and survey creator. This tool allows you to create and customize a survey or questionnaire and then collects and reports the data. The results are automatically rendered in visual charts or downloadable in Excel format. Share your forms via email, web, Teams, or your favorite social media platform.

Stream- This tool allows you to securely store and share your company’s videos. If you record a Teams meeting or training, you can easily find it on Stream and share for feedback and increased collaboration. Stream can even use Microsoft’s AI to transcribe your meeting to a Word document.
